Our Staff

Jennifer Maddox, President and CEO
Jennifer joined the staff in February 2007 as Executive Director for both Marshall County Community Foundation (MCCF) and United Way. She was named President and CEO of MCCF in December 2009.



Jayne Gibson, Vice President for Operations
Jayne has worked for both organizations, MCCF and United Way, since 1999 starting as Secretary, then later on as Administrative Assistant. She was promoted to Assistant Director in May 2007, and to VP for Operations in December 2009.


Joseph K. Goepfrich, CFRE, Vice President for Development
Joseph joined the MCCFstaff in December 2009. His focus is increasing community foundation assets.




Lyn Ward, Executive Assistant
Lyn joined the staff in August 2007. She is the friendly voice you hear answering the phone and greets visitors to the office.





Deb Pfledderer, Accounting Manager
Deb has been with both organizations as accounting assistant since October 2007. She was promoted to Accounting Manager in December 2009.
