MCCF Invites Community Leaders to Marshall County Town Hall Meeting

8/27/08 - The Marshall County Community Foundation is embarking on a major effort to bring more resources to our county. We have a new opportunity to apply for a substantial grant from the Lilly Endowment. Our goal is to understand clearly the needs in Marshall County, identify ways in which we can collaboratively address the needs, and positively impact our county in a greater way.

Towards that goal, this "call to action" is going out to community leaders who see first-hand the needs in our county in areas like health care, business, education, the arts, multiculturalism, volunteerism, and human services. We need community input to help identify those needs.

Please attend:
Marshall County Town Hall Meeting
Tuesday - September 9, 2008
5:30 - 9:00
Christo's Banquet Center
830 Lincolnway East, Plymouth, Indiana
A light meal will be provided.

Perhaps you see the needs. Perhaps you also have ideas on how to make a difference in meeting them. Please join us; we'd like to hear from you.

If you are willing to share a little of your time and your thoughts with us, please respond to this invitation by contacting the Marshall County Community Foundation at (574) 935-5159.
