Marshall County Early Childhood Council to Meet

Group to explore the importance of early childhood education and care on Saturday, February 11

Community leaders across the country are recognizing the importance of early childhood education and care in the health and vitality of our families and communities. New energy, new investments, and new opportunities are developing to support early childhood services.

The Marshall County Early Childhood Council – a sub-committee of the Marshall County Community Table – is organizing a forum to be held on Saturday, February 11, to bring together local early childhood service providers to share and discuss the important role they play in the development of our greatest collective resource – our children.

Participants will investigate how to empower families to access early childhood care and education opportunities for their children and issues unique to the field. The challenges and opportunities in this space are vast and all Marshall County early childhood service providers are encouraged to attend.

The forum will be held Saturday, February 11 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Marshall County Community Resource Building, located at 510 West Adams Street, Plymouth. Please click here or visit to learn more about the forum and to RSVP.

Participants will represent the many gifted and dedicated early childhood service providers of Marshal County, the Marshall County United Way, Marshall County Community Foundation, Early Childhood Alliance, with the support of Early Learning Indiana. Please help share the news about this important event for the children of Marshall County.
